Please Note: New barrels do/should not have the hole drilled in it, because the hole is a non critical dimension and thus, is not always precisely in the same spot. Compatible with Bulgarian, Chinese, East German and Russian Makarovs. Not compatible with Hungarian PA63, Polish P64 or Czech CZ82 variations.
