Ordering Guidelines

Note:  We have activated our shopping cart.  We encourage our customers to notify us of any errors or problems that they may encounter while using our shopping system.

The Dealer Warehouse has been in business for several years.  We pride ourselves in quality customer service. We are located on the west coast, just south of Sacramento in Modesto, California. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.  We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding our products or ordering.  Please contact us at 209-545-2800.

There are a few things we'd like you to know before you order.

  • For Firearms (guns, frames, receivers), please call to order.  These items require a Federal Firearms License. You must either have the required license or have a dealer who will do the transfer for you.   
  • Please note any restrictions for purchase or shipping of our items to your state. 
  • All orders are subject to prior sale.
  • Orders may be voice verified by our sales department.
  • If you wish to pay by credit card, but do not wish to give the number over the internet, or you are ordering ammunition and need a shipping quote to complete your order, please request a customer service call .  Your call will be made within 24 hours.  Weekends and Holidays excepted.
  • We accept Visa or Mastercard (No charge to use your card), Money orders or Cashier Checks are accepted on mail in orders.  If you choose to pay for your order with a personal/business check, we hold all check orders for 15 days after deposit.  We do not ship COD. 
  • Although we will do our best to ship your order within 24 hours, please allow up to 4 days for shipping.  AND Special orders may take longer.
  • .All orders will be shipped by one of the following methods UPS or United States Postal Service.
  • Orders less than 1 lb. will be shipped through the United States Postal Service
  • All ammunition orders will require an adult signature.
  • California orders please add 8.375% sales tax
  • All returns are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee and must have an authorization.  An authorization  may be obtained by calling customer service at 209-545-2800.
  • Requests for adjustments will only be accepted for 60 days after your order has been received.
  • Please look your order over carefully when you receive it.  It is much easier to correct any problems immediately than several weeks down the road. 
  • If an item is not available, it will be deleted from your order.  If we can accommodate a backorder, it will be noted on your invoice and your credit card will be charged when the item is shipped.
